When you spend under £ 40 postage will be £3.95 in the UK

Order over over £ 40 and postage is FREE in the UK

If you are local to Thames Ditton, and you select ‘local collection/delivery’ there is no p+p charge for collection from BeeInspired or from a local Fair (if prearranged) – sometimes we’ll also deliver to you if we can

Pay online via our Paypal merchant agreement with your credit / debit card or with your Paypal account – no need for you to have a Paypal account

  We will acknowledge receipt of your order

  We will endeavour to fulfil and dispatch your order within 3 days

  Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail first class packet post

We make our creams and balms regularly and try not to let stocks fall low, but should the items you have ordered be out of stock then we will email to advise and let you know an intended delivery date.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

We will be more than happy to post worldwide, please email us, let us know what you would like to order and we will calculate the P+P

RETURNS

We take every care to ensure that you will be delighted with your BeeInspired products however, if you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact us, within 3 days of receipt of order, ask@beeinspired.buzz to discuss an alternative product or a refund.

Unwanted items must be returned to us unopened and in pristine condition in order to obtain a refund and postage will be paid for by the customer.
